Growing up in Australia, I was blessed with the love of health and fitness. Being involved in organized sport from an early age enabled me to see the benefits of exercise and nutrition, while enjoying all that life has to offer.
I Graduated College in 1996 with a Diploma of Applied Science in Sport Medicine, and have spent the past 10 years working with Professional and Amateur Teams and managing Hotel and Corporate Fitness Facilities in Australia, London and now in the USA. For the past 4 years, I have worked in Fort Lauderdale, specializing in helping adults and Adolescent achieve their goals.
In 1996, I was fortunate enough to work with the then, newly formed Adelaide Rams Rugby League Team, playing in the Australian Super League. During this time, my duties as the Under 17 year old Athletic Trainer, were to assess player fitness and skill development at intense weekend training camps, write specifically designed fitness training programs, assess and refer injuries and prepare the team for weekly interstate games.
In 1997, I traveled overseas for 1 year and 10 years later I’m still here. I spent the first 5 years splitting time
traveling between Detroit, MI and London, UK. In 2002, my wife and I moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where after 2 years of living, I met up with another South Australian and together we formed the Fort Lauderdale Australian Football Club and social Club
