Dream Time Village
with David Hudson

G’day! My name is David Hudson. I am an Indigenous Australian and will be attending the Australian Festival this year in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

I come from Cairns which is on the NE coast of Australia. I am from the Western Yalanji and Ewamian people of Queensland.

Travelling extensively all over the world has given me the ability to be able to perform and promote my culture to many people. It will be a wonderful experience to share this yet again with people attending the Australian Festival this year.

I look forward to meeting folks and showing them the Dream Time Village and taking them on a journey through parts of my culture when they visit.

The Dreamtime Village, I hope will be able to capture aspects of culture such as traditional dancing and how to make and play a didgeridoo.

My music will be featured throughout this period of time and I also hope that I am able to teach children some dancing, singing, art and more about my culture.

Ask me questions about the Land Down Under and come and join me at the Dreamtime Village and say G’day or Garoo.

Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Your Aussie mate or as we say in my language your Yubba
