G'Day Mates
GDayMates.org

Every year school children in Australia learn about their friends who live in the United States. Although physically as far apart as they can be, Aussie and American kids are the best of mates!

G'day Mates Schools Day is a fun filled Australian Cultural and Educational experience for American school children featuring four amazing stations:

  • Parliament House: Visit with our Australian officials who introduce the land down under!

  • Dream Time Village: Learn about our indigenous aboriginals and their culture

  • Tuckerbox Stage:  Enjoy Australian folk songs, poetry and stories from the Australian Bush!

  • Sports Down Under:  Finish off with a quick game of Cricket or Australian football.
