Welcome to Green
Down Under!
It is with great pleasure to welcome you on the
Green Down Under site of our Festivals website. As a lifelong Environmentalist, it warms my heart to see that at last many more people and children start to realize that what has happened to our Planet Earth the last 60 years or so, could not continue and that we were on the way destroying all that is beautiful, clean and healthy (air, water,
nature, animals becoming extinct etc).
We have now Governments becoming more involved, like our own Australian Government under the leadership of our Prime Minister, John Howard, with his Global initiative on Forests and Climate and the opening of a Fund with a grant of 200 million dollars as start to encourage every and all other nation in the world doing the same and help save the Forests and world from any further Global Warming destruction....
